What you will do

  • Own and drive product strategy for both BAU feature development and net-new product initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including KPI monitoring and iterative optimization to maximize business value.
  • Partner with Business, Marketing, and Tech teams to translate goals and market trends into clear product strategies.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing prioritization of features.
  • Conduct end-user research to develop user stories and determine the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for stakeholders and track global AdTech trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PM experience, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or similar data-driven ad platforms.
  • Proven experience owning both product improvements and greenfield product launches end-to-end.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Business, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Metrics-driven approach with a focus on building feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Must be located in Hong Kong for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem (DSP, SSP, DMP, data providers, targeting, programmatic).
