What you will do
- Architect and own the full-funnel lifecycle to reduce sales friction from lead to client.
- Develop and execute demand generation and acquisition campaigns across digital, content, and influencer channels.
- Tailor global value propositions to local European market nuances and compliance requirements (e.g., HMRC).
- Build a community of founders through education-first content and thought leadership.
- Represent the company at major startup hubs like Silicon Roundabout and Level39 and host education-led events.
- Manage the regional marketing P&L, optimizing CAC and tracking pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in field and partner marketing within SaaS, Tech, or event agencies.
- Proven track record in owning growth and performance marketing functions for a specific region.
- Deep expertise in integrating digital and in-person event experiences into the buyer's journey.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Meta platforms for A/B testing and drip campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the fractional and freelancer market in Europe.
- Startup mentality with a bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
