What you will do

• Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions, assembly manuals, and production documentation.
• Translate engineering changes into clear, production-ready documentation in collaboration with development teams.
• Support the transfer of new products into industrialization and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate documentation updates across departments to maintain lifecycle consistency.
• Gather feedback from the shop floor to improve documentation efficiency and assembly quality.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Orders (ECOs) to ensure controlled implementation.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, or Technical Documentation.
• Experience creating technical manufacturing documentation in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in both English and German is required.
• Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and independent manner.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM, ERP, or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience supporting product industrialization or new product introduction (NPI).
