What you will do

• Design new production facilities and prepare technical specifications.
• Manage suppliers and ensure project timelines and cost targets are met.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and organize operator training.
• Analyze scrap, quality, and downtime issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead production transfer and localization projects.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Business-fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma principles.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel (under 10%).
