What you will do

• Provide production control and technical support for modules during the project phase.
• Coordinate and align production processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Optimize assembly processes and internal workflows to increase productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze process deviations and implement appropriate improvement measures.
• Support process engineering in handling customer inquiries and preparing technical proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Professional experience in a production, manufacturing, or process environment.
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work with strong technical understanding.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
