What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely visa delivery, free of errors or typos.
• Research and monitor changes in global visa regulations to keep processes up to date.
• Support growing visa volumes driven by new partnerships and enterprise client launches.
• Help design and implement scalable visa processes to support company growth.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English required (German is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in business travel visas, immigration law, or visa service center operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
