What you will do

• Draft and maintain corporate governance documentation, including entity formation and subsidiary records.
• Prepare and file required documents with government entities and state departments of insurance.
• Communicate directly with regulators and agencies regarding inquiries and information requests.
• Collaborate with business compliance segments to support strategic initiatives and corporate guidance.
• Work closely with in-house attorneys, other paralegals, and outside counsel on governance and litigation matters.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal studies degree, or paralegal certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate law or compliance department or at a law firm.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate governance and interacting with state or federal regulators.
• Strong research, writing, and project management skills.
