What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution to align with business goals.
• Translate company objectives into prioritized product initiatives and develop supporting business cases.
• Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and client success teams.
• Define and track key performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct customer discovery and market analysis to validate product direction and inform decisions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from initial scoping and development to launch and post-release optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or workflow automation.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing SaaS products with measurable business impact.
• Strong experience building and optimizing complex web-based product workflows and user experiences.
• Ability to own product strategy, roadmaps, and outcome-based KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
