TL;DR
Power Platform, Data & AI Developer (Microsoft): Designing and developing enterprise-grade business solutions across data, reporting, and automation with an accent on Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and AI integration. Focus on building scalable Power Apps, complex Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered assistants using Copilot Studio to drive digital transformation.
Location: Must be available to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Brisbane time

What you will do
- Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines.
- Build and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps.
- Create AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI services.
- Develop REST API integrations and Azure Logic Apps for system synchronization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic models).
- Strong SQL Server development skills including database design and performance optimization.
- Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure services.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Copilot Studio, and prompt engineering.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer or Developer Associate.
- Experience in Education, Childcare, or Multi-site Operations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
