What you will do

• Develop and deploy fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and claim automation products.
• Implement end-to-end data pipelines from client extracts to data warehouse modeling.
• Write, test, and maintain production-quality code using C# and SQL.
• Automate key business processes within the production framework.
• Analyze and report on system performance and KPIs to business stakeholders.
• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and define product evolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering using an OOP language (C#, C/C++, or Java) and SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning to communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Fluency in English is a strong requirement for client interactions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing capacity.
• Collaborative mindset for working within a diverse, global team.
