What you will do

• Manage daily operations of Tmall and JD flagship stores to ensure premium brand standards.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets for the luxury beauty business.
• Monitor store performance and deliver data-driven solutions for business optimization.
• Handle sell-in, sell-out, and monthly commercial reconciliation for direct stores.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to optimize resource allocation.
• Drive offline store traffic using online channel resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shanghai, China
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in JD or Tmall channels
• Proven experience in B2C distribution and retail dealer management
• Strong data-driven planning skills with the ability to balance sales and profit
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good English capability
