What you will do

• Implement scalable, best-practice solutions for existing client environments to drive high-value outcomes.
• Manage project lifecycles and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Support Leads to create efficient BAU service models.
• Partner with R&D on scalable tools to reduce client reliance on premium services and promote self-sufficiency.
• Advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets using analytical skills.
• Drive process improvements to reduce project effort and timelines through templates and improved methodologies.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting.
• Valid authorization to work in Singapore (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to visit clients.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in investment management software implementations.
• Capability to program or script, specifically in Python.
