What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing activities for complex initiatives to achieve significant cost reductions and productivity improvements.
• Manage competitive sourcing processes, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ, while negotiating high-value contracts.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system-wide standardization and process excellence.
• Maintain business relationships with suppliers and group purchasing organizations (GPO).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, data science, or a clinical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of sourcing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of supply chain principles, financial analysis, and contract law.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and procurement practices, including Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, changing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
