What you will do
- Plan and manage maintenance programs, shutdowns, and emergency repairs for HVAC and compressor systems.
- Develop and implement repair procedures to enhance mechanical team capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Monitor resource allocation and manage external contractor relationships to control costs and ensure service standards.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring performance accountability and safety.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production managers to minimize business disruptions.
- Ensure all mechanical operations comply with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and GMP standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a multidisciplinary technical team (7+ staff).
- Proven track record in managing ISO-certified cleanroom environments (ISO Class 5–8).
- Expertise in HVAC, chiller plants, and Compressed Dry Air (CDA) systems.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation governance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in medical manufacturing (ISO, GMP, FDA).
