Salary: $61,600 – $71,600

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and internal stakeholders regarding proposal requests and gross profit calculations.
• Ensure all proposals comply with established sales and business approval policies.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to anticipate bottlenecks related to new product launches.
• Build productive relationships with Legal, Finance, and Operations to improve process efficiency.
• Prepare sales-related agreements to facilitate transactions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with senior executives.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Allentown, PA.

• Experience with Salesforce, Alexis, and SAP.
