Merchant Financing Solution Manager - Global Payment - Indonesia (Third-Party Associate)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Support the rollout and expansion of Merchant Financing solutions across markets.
• Coordinate with local market teams on go-to-market activities, campaigns, promotions, and whitelist expansion.
• Track and report business performance metrics, including penetration, disbursement, and approval rates.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, and CVR.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, campaign briefs, and other operational documentation.
• Support presentations, account manager training, and online and offline events to increase adoption of Cash Advance and Cash Loan products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, Excel, Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams across markets.
• Good English communication skills and availability for five days of onsite work in Jakarta.
