What you will do

• Support the day-to-day operational execution and market rollout of merchant financing solutions.
• Coordinate with local market teams to facilitate go-to-market activities and promotional campaigns.
• Track and report on key business performance indicators including penetration rates, disbursement, and approval rates.
• Maintain operational documentation such as SOPs and campaign briefs.
• Assist in organizing online and offline events to increase merchant adoption of financing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools like Excel or BI platforms.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• 12-month temporary assignment via a third-party agency.
