Finance Operations Staff (Contract)

Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity levels.
• Manage cash operations and prepare cash flow forecasts for business needs.
• Support cash management strategies that improve efficiency and reduce financial risk.
• Prepare financial data for reporting and audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve treasury matters and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
