Employee Benefit Claim Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Coordinate with the insurance team to collect policy placement information and policy documents.
• Manage and securely file confidential client information.
• Investigate claims with the team and assess the cause and extent of damages.
• Follow up on claims to ensure agreement and settlement within the required timelines.
• Conduct file reviews, audits, and quality checks to maintain compliance with established procedures.
• Participate in ad hoc business-as-usual projects to improve and streamline claims processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of insurance principles, medical claims, insurance policies, and claim processes.
• Good understanding of systems related to claims operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and pressure-management skills.
