What you will do
- Provide clinical phone-queue support, psychoeducation, and referrals/resources for members seeking help.
- Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage members.
- Assess risk, provide crisis support and safety planning, and follow up with high-risk members.
- Recommend next steps based on clinical presentation and coordinate connection to appropriate care (therapists, coaches, physicians, or external resources).
- Complete professional documentation and communicate with members/providers via email.
- Coordinate with care providers and Provider Operations; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to remove barriers to care.
Requirements
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 4pm–12am ET (or equivalent in your time zone)
- Licensed clinician: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
- Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
- Knowledge of crisis support and clinical interventions (including CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches).
- Ability to work independently, stay fully engaged without interruptions during shifts, and handle occasional shift changes and holiday coverage.

Salary: $33.33–$42.31 hourly (target base salary range)
