What you will do

• Oversee the user experience from idea to market in partnership with engineering and product management.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Manage individual timelines and priorities while acting as a quality leader within the team.
• Collaborate across organizations to ensure scalable and consistent user experiences.
• Present design concepts to leadership and peers to build consensus and gather feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system library to ensure consistency across the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing modern consumer-focused products.
• Proven track record as a design lead for multiple product teams.
• High proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie, Framer, or Origami.
• Portfolio demonstrating primary design contributions for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Working understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and generative UI.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
