What you will do

• Support product and privacy legal matters: document product functionality, track regulatory requirements, maintain compliance records, and triage privacy-related outreach from the business.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, security, procurement, finance, and other teams to support product-related legal workflows.
• Maintain privacy, product, regulatory, and procedural documentation across products, jurisdictions, and internal teams.
• Evaluate AI tools and legal tech, support implementations/integrations, and pilot/optimize automation to improve adoption and productivity.
• Draft, review, and manage privacy-related documents (e.g., DPAs, privacy provisions, notices) using established templates and attorney guidance.
• Support attorneys with research and analysis on privacy laws and related global compliance topics (marketing regulations, trade practices, consumer protection, accessibility), and help manage the organization’s global privacy program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting legal work in-house, law firm, or a combination (in-house experience with global operations or technology products strongly preferred).
• Strong experience supporting product, privacy, marketing, consumer protection, or regulatory legal matters.
• Experience maintaining product, privacy, regulatory, and procedural documentation across products and jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with global privacy and marketing laws, including CCPA, GDPR, TCPA, ADA, and HIPAA (or similar regulations).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, or managing DPAs and privacy notices/provisions under attorney supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong written/verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience administering a global privacy program.
• Experience supporting product launches, regulatory assessments, compliance projects, or other complex cross-functional legal initiatives.
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI and AI tools (including prompts) to improve efficiency and results.
