What you will do

  • Coordinate and organize product regulatory test plans with third-party organizations like TUV, CSA, UL, and Intertek.
  • Advocate for compliance by promoting proactive approaches to regulatory issues.
  • Investigate products during the design stage and research applicable standards.
  • Maintain certification reports, current standards, and regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor emerging regulatory and customer trends to identify business impact.
  • Manage budgetary items associated with compliance and regulatory costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of technical or compliance experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of freshwater agency standards, CE, or other international/national standards.
  • Prior experience in product or regulatory compliance.
