What you will do

• Prepare work plans and supervise daily operational activities to ensure E2E quality.
• Implement process automations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate production reports, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage team resources and provide support to the coordinator.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on operational procedures.
• Participate in and support the execution of new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or computer science.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience in database analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
