What you will do

• Support reconciliation processes for financial features in Mexico (e.g., direct debits, payroll portability, TEF payments, and related services)
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Design and maintain datasets to support financial control and reconciliation needs
• Automate and optimise reconciliation workflows for improved efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Data Engineering, and Operations, to ensure consistent financial reporting and process integrity

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, perform data validation, and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Proficiency in Python
• Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have

• An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
• School/university Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming
• Experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation processes
