What you will do

• Support reconciliation processes for financial features in Mexico, including direct debits, payroll portability, and TEF payments.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure high accuracy and completeness.
• Design and maintain datasets to support financial control and reconciliation requirements.
• Automate and optimize reconciliation workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure consistent financial reporting and process integrity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Mexico City.

• Advanced degree in a core STEM subject.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation processes.
