Sales Force Data Analyst (AI): Ensuring accurate, complete, and consistent Salesforce data through DemandTools-based deduplication, merging, transformation, and data quality processes with an accent on AI-driven monitoring and remediation. Focus on implementing AI agents for anomaly detection, address validation, company enrichment, and standardizing messy free-text data.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with office attendance two times per week

What you will do
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Salesforce data.
- Use DemandTools to execute complex merge, deduplication, and data transformation routines.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues with sales, marketing, and IT teams.
- Develop and implement data hygiene processes.
- Implement AI agents for continuous data monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
- Provide reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Validity DemandTools, formerly CRM Fusion, for complex data manipulation and merging.
- Demonstrable experience implementing or working alongside AI agents, machine learning algorithms, or intelligent automation tools.
- Experience applying intelligent automation to data cleaning, anomaly detection, or data enrichment.
- Ability to attend the office in Mexico City two times per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Einstein AI.
