What you will do

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations through regular site visits, audits, and inspections.
• Implement and improve EHS programs and compliance training across office, laboratory, and facilities environments.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response programs in coordination with site teams.
• Investigate incidents and near misses using root-cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
• Advance operational sustainability initiatives, including greenhouse gas emissions tracking and waste reduction.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in GWS, Security, Engineering, and HR to integrate EHS requirements into operations and capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive EHS experience in corporate, technology, or semiconductor environments.
• Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Experience managing EHS programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
• Ability to travel throughout the region approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, or CIH.
• Experience with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systems.
