What you will do
- Lead a dedicated client team in collaboration with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist to manage a book of business.
- Deliver proactive, personalized financial consultations covering onboarding, planning, and investment education.
- Retain and grow assets under management by building trust and implementing portfolio solutions aligned with client goals.
- Provide holistic financial planning, including retirement income, tax-efficient savings, and estate planning.
- Model leadership by coaching and developing team members to elevate the client experience.
- Engage clients through video conferencing, email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- 4+ years of related work experience in financial services and client experience.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required.
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
