What you will do

• Manage client data and documentation within Salesforce and other planning tools.
• Prepare and update financial plans and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Process client requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain up-to-date account information.
• Submit and track all client account and application paperwork.
• Assist financial advisors with meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up tasks.
• Execute trade orders and handle service forms for various investment products.

Requirements

• Must hold active FINRA Series 7/66 (or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health, and Annuities registrations.
• Previous experience in financial services.
• Strong customer service orientation with 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high quality under frequent interruptions.
• Proficiency in maintaining the integrity of sensitive and confidential information.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
