Location: Must be based in the United States. The required schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-7pm ET.
Salary: $69,326 – $88,004 per year (based on $33.33 - $42.31 hourly).

What you will do
- Provide immediate clinical support, psychoeducation, and resource referrals via a phone queue.
- Conduct crisis assessments, safety planning, and follow-ups for high-risk members.
- Collaborate with therapists, coaches, and physicians to coordinate effective care plans.
- Maintain professional documentation and interact with members via email.
- Problem-solve barriers to care in coordination with Care Support, Billing, and Product teams.
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- Must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist credential.
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
- Expertise in crisis assessment, safety planning, CBT, and motivational interviewing.
- Must be based in the United States and available for the Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm ET shift.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and multi-task efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and cultural awareness.
