What you will do

• Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including brief risk assessment and de-escalation.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks to clinical care using proprietary software to connect clients to ideal treatment.
• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
• Provide support and safety planning exclusively via phone and email.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN).
• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience in psychiatric intake, assessment, or related clinical fields.
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in EAP or clinical call center environments.
