TL;DR

Clinical Care Navigator (Healthcare): Managing behavioral health crises and providing phone support to connect clients with evidence-based providers with an accent on crisis intervention and safety planning. Focus on conducting risk assessments, navigating complex clinical care options, and managing high-risk caseloads.

Location: Remote (Must be physically located within the United States)

Salary: $38.65 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation.
  • Connect clients to ideal treatment options and facilities using proprietary software based on specific needs and preferences.
  • Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
  • Provide immediate phone and email support to clients with complex behavioral health issues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
  • Independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN).
  • 2+ years of experience in psychiatric intake and assessment.
  • 2+ years of post-license experience.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations, such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the US.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience in EAP or clinical call center environments.
