What you will do

• Write and maintain robust, efficient, and testable code across the full stack using TypeScript, Kotlin, and Spring.
• Support critical customer-facing services in high-security airgapped environments.
• Design and lead feature development with a strong focus on non-functional requirements like scalability and security.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and research teams to solve complex user challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, Scrum-based environment.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal security mandates.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred).
• 7+ years of professional experience building enterprise-level software.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java with Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with TypeScript for browser and Node.js environments.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD systems.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 compliant with IAT Level II certification.
• Experience in Operations or DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of hirify.global XpressO and internal code lifecycle development.
