Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Design, implement, deliver, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and backend services.
• Build clean, maintainable, testable code using version control, peer reviews, continuous integration, automated testing, and agile practices.
• Develop and support APIs, microservices, databases, distributed messaging, and modern frontend components.
• Provide deployment support and help ensure stable delivery to production across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues with customer-facing teams, prioritizing high-impact and production-blocking problems.
• Improve service reliability, security, documentation, and incident prevention through technical analysis and code changes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience developing and maintaining backend software services.
• High proficiency in Go and willingness to use it daily; experience with another cloud-oriented backend language such as TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, distributed messaging systems, API design, and HTTP-based service communication.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservice architecture.
• Frontend development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Node, React, Vue, or Svelte.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Czech and English, verbally and in writing. Experience with AWS, large-scale cloud deployments, and both cloud and on-premises environments.
