What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and due diligence for complex, undocumented legacy systems.
• Reverse-engineer legacy ETL and stored procedures to reconstruct business logic.
• Architect and build production-grade migration pipelines using Airflow and Spark.
• Develop automated reconciliation frameworks to ensure 100% data fidelity.
• Own the full migration lifecycle from initial scope to go-live and hypercare.
• Mentor engineers and institutionalize migration knowledge through runbooks and tooling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a hands-on Data or Software Engineer.
• Must be based in the US.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and Apache Airflow.
• Proven experience in reverse-engineering legacy ETL stacks like SSIS or T-SQL.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud-native data patterns.
• Experience in building automated data validation and reconciliation frameworks.
