What you will do

• Act as a liaison between Digital & Tech, Science Research & Innovation, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT systems and tools.
• Maintain and optimize internal system integrations and ensure data integrity across departments.
• Support scientific experts in maintaining computers connected to laboratory instruments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through technical solutions and assist in project planning and prioritization.
• Work with IT architects to design innovative and cost-effective solutions for R&D initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT consultant, preferably in the R&D domain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects within the R&D business area.
• Background in life sciences or pharma with strong domain fluency.
• Experience working in a multi-location environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
