Lead Business Consultant (Data and Communications) (Fintech)

Location: Hong Kong (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Advise and assist clients in utilizing hirify.global Dimension for daily operational work across the asset management value chain.
• Conduct workshops to explore client requirements and define the most adapted software solutions.
• Build, deliver, and test configuration work within hirify.global Dimension based on client needs.
• Improve and document best practices for implementation processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and participate in know-how exchange with international colleagues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong to support the hybrid office model.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing investment management systems or working as a Business Analyst for asset managers, banks, or insurance companies.
• Degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a similar qualification.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data warehouses, reports, and XSLT (XML).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Readiness to travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of APIs.
• Experience working with Comm Server.
• Experience in integrating complex software solutions.
