What you will do
- Produce institutional-grade research across macro, crypto, and industry themes.
- Develop original frameworks and methodologies connecting traditional finance to the crypto economy.
- Build rigorous financial models and clear visualizations using market and on-chain data.
- Act as a proactive thought leader, identifying market trends, risks, and opportunities early.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align research with broader business narratives and goals.
- Expand the external research network to amplify the reach and distribution of research content.
Requirements
- 3+ years in crypto research or 5+ years in consulting, venture capital, or traditional finance (e.g., investment banking, asset management).
- Deep understanding of macro markets and their connection to the crypto economy.
- Proven track record of original thinking and shaping market-setting narratives.
- Ability to source, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple providers and proprietary sources.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and visualization; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science; CFA is a plus.
