What you will do

• Support the full research cycle, including data gathering, chart production, drafting, and fact-checking.
• Contribute to the production of industry and thematic research.
• Track macro and crypto-market developments, including rates, liquidity, capital flows, and regulation.
• Build and maintain datasets, models, and visualizations that underpin team research.
• Analyze market and on-chain data to identify key trends and narratives.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of and genuine passion for the crypto industry.
• Ability to translate data into clear analysis and well-designed charts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to commit a minimum of 3 days per week for at least 6 months.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
