What you will do

• Onboard eCommerce and non-gaming app clients to the hirify.global platform and educate them on growth solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive growth for partners based on their specific needs.
• Set up and optimize campaigns using best practices for creative assets and performance targets.
• Define and analyze key metrics to ensure success and ROI for consumer partners.
• Collaborate with leadership and product experts to evolve and drive adoption of consumer advertising solutions.
• Partner with the regional Business Development team to align strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Must be based in Beijing (onsite presence required).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with the ability to build arguments from complex data.
• Demonstrated experience handling large data sets and identifying actionable patterns.
• Proven interest in technology and big data.

Nice to have

• Experience in the consumer space and brand operations.
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting.
• Basic knowledge of image and video editing software.
• Understanding of intelligent decision-making models (e.g., game theory, chess, or poker).
• Familiarity with hirify.global or other User Acquisition (UA) platforms.
