What you will do

• Lead and manage ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP changes, acting as the primary business owner for materials management.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to reduce complexity, drive out cost, and improve on-time delivery (OTD).
• Analyze process data using SQL and PowerBI to provide strategic decision support for the Manufacturing Leadership Team.
• Lead systems upgrades and conversions, including transitions from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, or Operations Management.
• Proven experience leading ERP systems conversions and cutover management in a global manufacturing environment.
• Deep technical understanding of ERP applications in materials management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics platforms like PowerBI.
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract operational data from transactional databases.
• Experience writing functional specifications for IT system changes.
