What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers to ship new product functionality and iterate on existing surfaces.
• Translate product strategy into clear technical plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive pragmatic system design for product-layer services and workflows.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and craft.
• Improve automated testing, release safety, and observability for customer-facing systems.
• Partner with Product, Program, Support, and Infrastructure teams to coordinate dependencies.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performance software engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer shipping products at scale.
• Strong technical depth in Linux systems internals and cloud systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/ML or developer platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, container runtimes, or GPU/accelerator workflows.
• Track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments.
• Open-source contributions in cloud-native or ML-adjacent projects.
