What you will do

• Build and deploy predictive models for lead scoring, pricing, and conversion likelihood.
• Develop production-grade RAG and GraphRAG pipelines and complex knowledge graphs.
• Write robust data transforms in Databricks and performant SQL queries for ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
• Partner with engineering teams to ship model and LLM outputs to production environments.
• Analyze MLS data to surface actionable market trends and product features.
• Design product experiments and build comprehensive dashboards in Hex and Metabase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning in a product-led environment.
• Exceptional SQL proficiency, specifically with PostgreSQL.
• Solid Python expertise with pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
• Proven experience building and deploying RAG or LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Strong background in A/B test design, execution, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
