Recruiter

Location: Fully remote, work from almost anywhere. Availability is expected from 11 am to 7 pm Central European Time to support candidates across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Latin America and clients in the US.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment searches, from understanding client needs and defining hiring profiles to sourcing, assessment, offers, and placement.
• Source and screen candidates across Europe, Latin America, and the US using LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing tools, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews, prepare candidate showcase reports, and coordinate client-candidate interviews.
• Moderate interviews, support negotiations, guide clients toward hiring decisions, and continue searching until roles are filled.
• Support placed talent during the first weeks, identify issues early, and help clients improve retention.
• Maintain Teamtailor and internal databases, grow the LinkedIn talent network, and improve recruiting workflows with AI and process automation.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience sourcing and hiring middle and senior remote specialists in digital fields.
• Hands-on recruiting experience across Europe and Latin America, preferably in a recruiting agency.
• Experience with the US candidate market or US-based clients and roles is advantageous.
• Strong business judgment, communication, negotiation, organization, attention to detail, and empathy.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 11 am–7 pm Central European Time.

Nice to have

• Experience working with US startups and understanding founders' priorities.
• An existing LinkedIn network of specialists, especially in Europe and Latin America.
