What you will do

• Collaborate with the LiveOps team to optimize game performance, player behavior, and economy balancing.
• Analyze game performance across the development lifecycle to drive improvements in retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate new features and in-game events.
• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Write ad-hoc SQL queries to extract and prepare data for analysis.
• Help establish publishing standards for telemetry and data analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience, preferably in F2P mobile gaming or a data-driven field.
• Expert SQL proficiency in BigQuery and MySQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Mixpanel and Tableau.
• Solid experience with Python programming.
• Strong foundation in applied statistics and experimentation design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
