What you will do

• Perform deep-dive analyses of player behavior and in-game economy to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations for product, monetization, and design based on player segmentation, retention, and LTV analysis.
• Build and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards to track KPIs and monitor game health in real time.
• Collaborate with game teams, data engineering, and economy design to align insights with business goals.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and help define analytical best practices within the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a data or business analyst in a product-driven or gaming organization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for working with large datasets.
• Experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau or a similar BI tool.
• Degree in a quantitative or qualitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering).
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland or Tel Aviv, Israel

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting experiment results.
• Background in mobile gaming, social casino, or entertainment analytics.
