What you will do

• Use multiple data sets to form testable hypotheses for hirify.global customers.
• Recommend and help launch high-leverage revenue-tied A/B tests.
• Run funnel audits and support product adoption with clear, exec-ready storytelling.
• Provide Live ops and UA recommendations, plus genre benchmarks and market-based validation.
• Partner with Game Data Analysts and Data/ETL engineers to ensure data is clean, secure, and well-defined.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in game analytics, including presenting results to non-analysts.
• Strong familiarity with UA, creatives, MMPs, monetization/live ops, and payments conversion.
• Solid SQL and BI literacy to validate metrics and sanity-check data pipelines.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Ability to work at a high level in SQL plus Python or R.

Nice to have

• Language coverage for key markets (Russian, Chinese, Korean; others welcome).
• Experience working on titles across multiple genres and platforms.
