What you will do
- Own business outcomes by diagnosing root-cause problems and designing end-to-end solutions.
- Transform ambiguous goals into structured product specs and drive execution independently with engineering.
- Investigate user pain points deeply to understand the “why” before engineering starts building.
- Provide courageous, transparent feedback and push back on requests to ensure intentional design.
- Deliver high-impact solutions with speed while maintaining sustainable system health and long-term vision.
- Act as the CEO of your products: identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and fix broken processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a technical, data mesh, or automated workflow environment.
- Proven experience shipping internal tools, platforms, or integrations end-to-end.
- Ability to own execution independently while staying closely aligned with organizational leadership.
- Expertise in Agile workflows and backlog management tools (Jira, Linear, or similar).
- UX/UI sensibility, including wireframing and providing design feedback.
- Strong ability to write clear PRDs, epics, and user stories.
