What you will do

• Plan and prioritize project backlogs using Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and boundaries.
• Translate business requirements into JIRA story cards with precise test criteria.
• Monitor project performance and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
• Manage and prioritize KTLO (Keep the Lights On) and BAU (Business As Usual) tickets.
• Lead Agile sprint planning meetings and allocate resources to maximize team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and proficiency with JIRA.
• Proven experience in planning, tracking, and prioritizing complex project workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Financial Institutions Groups (FIG), Banking Standards & Regulation, or Specialty Finance.
