What you will do
- Plan and prioritize project backlogs using Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and boundaries.
- Translate business requirements into JIRA story cards with precise test criteria.
- Monitor project performance and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
- Manage and prioritize KTLO (Keep the Lights On) and BAU (Business As Usual) tickets.
- Lead Agile sprint planning meetings and allocate resources to maximize team productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and proficiency with JIRA.
- Proven experience in planning, tracking, and prioritizing complex project workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Financial Institutions Groups (FIG), Banking Standards & Regulation, or Specialty Finance.
- Familiarity with structured finance, equity research, or capital management.
