What you will do

• Define, maintain, and evolve the product roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Lead backlog refinement and coordinate sprint planning across multiple multidisciplinary teams.
• Translate market insights and data analysis into actionable product opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to improve agile understanding and product usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Solid experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Previous experience as a Product Owner specifically within SaaS and B2B product environments.
• Experience managing digital products through the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Relevant agile certifications.

• Knowledge of products related to audit or compliance.
