Salary: $140,000-$160,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with GVP Americas and GVP International to manage complex executive calendars, priorities, and time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, logistics, and prepare leaders for key meetings, QBRs, customer engagements, and internal business reviews.
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure timely follow-up on critical action items with high discretion.
- Support Revenue operations and programs/events including QBRs, kickoffs, leadership meetings and training, sales bootcamps, clubs, offsites, and customer events.
- Serve as primary onsite point of contact for the NYC office: keep the office client-ready/executive-ready, manage vendors/building relationships, and handle inventory, maintenance, repairs, and workplace logistics.
- Support board meetings, executive visits, customer meetings, and company events hosted in the office; identify and resolve operational issues early.
Requirements
- 3+ years supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner.
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments and navigate ambiguity with shifting priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, and executive travel.
- NYC-based and able to support the office in person on a regular basis.
